GAME OVERVIEW
The Lodge is destroyed, the Order of Mages ruled by the Great Magister is but a faint memory.
In Haunted Lands, 2–4 players take on the roles of Perceivers—individuals able to see and interact with the spectral forces haunting the ruins and wilderness of Kalena. This competitive Euro-game challenges you to explore new territories, collect valuable resources, and develop your community, all while dealing with ethereal spectres that disrupt expansion and threaten your plans.
Each turn players move across a modular landscape, gathering resources, building structures, and using their unique abilities to chase away or appease spirits. Successful interaction with spectres allows townsfolk to reclaim and develop previously unusable land, earning Valor points along the way. Return to the city hub to trade goods, learn skills, and grow your influence. At the end of the game, the player with the most Valor is declared the champion of Kalena.
